I am trying to download a theme onto my bold but it won't work.
ReplyDeleteI go to the desktop manager and go to the application loader and when I try to add the .alx file it wont let me!! Help! I don't know what else to do!

Works ok, except sometimes when I've read my last message it still stays on my homescreen ...gets a bit annoying, any ideas why its doing that? Great theme otherwise....thank you I do appreciate it!!!

ReplyDeleteDylan, do you have the Precision Plus theme for the Blackberry Bold 2 (9700)? I will be transitioning from the Bold to the Bold 2 soon. I love the main screen where it shows 4 msgs or 4 calendar entries. can you make it where it shows 4 msgs from the email box and sms/mms? I like my emails and sms separated rather than all contained in 'Messages'. I will be happy to donate for a Precision Plus theme with these adjusted features. If the new features are not possible, I would really appreciate the standard precision plus theme for te 9700. thank you

There is at least 5 Precision style themes there, hopefully one of them works for you.
Unfortunately OS 5.0 does not allow for homescreen previews of SMS/MMS like 4 did, so incorporating a SMS area into the today screen would be useless.
thanks for the response. I understand your point about SMS. by the way, I do have the sms previews now, but not the email previews. the only way to see the email previews is if I use the message icon versus the separate icons I prefer for my different email addresses. Also, I did see the referenced site. It appears that the themes on the site show more than 4 messages and calendar entries which make the font smaller. I like the 4 message per screen for the larger font. I also prefer the blue screen and icons like the 9000 precision plus. is there any 9700 themes like that?
